Storage quota did not refresh

After migrating my Box Sync App, the sync created duplicate folders with my email (not sure why as I moved the drive as is to a new machine), it worked before.
As a result, removed all sync folders from both the HDD and the Web based interface, and permanently deleted the folders from the Box Trash.
However, it did NOT update the Box used space. After re-adding all my files, I am now over-quota, despite my data being about a third of my quota.
I have read there is a script to be ran to solve this, hope you could do this. Also, do we have an ETA as when the used space reporting be patched?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
