I can not log in
AnsweredI opened my account but I can't log in with the app so that the folders appear on my PC, and I have repeated the process a thousand times, with the account already open, I downloaded the app and when I ran it it opened and it told me to log in, when I placed my credentials he opens session in the cloud but the app does not start and the icon that appears at the bottom right indicates that box has not logged in.
