Box Sync no syncing to MacBook
AnsweredI have a MacBook and a Surface with Box Sync installed. I was able to move between both laptops with no issues and files would sync across both machines. Lately, my Mac has not been syncing with Box Sync. The Surface still syncs with Box Sync to the cloud (Box.com) but the MacBook no longer does. How can I get my MacBook to sync with Box Sync again?
I have tried logging out and into Box Sync. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Box Sync. I have restarted the MacBook several times. Nothing has worked.

We strongly recommend switching to Box Drive.
We firmly suggest for this change in your environment as Box Drive is the current Box desktop experience, does not require manual syncing (though this is available through the mark for offline option), and the issue you're experiencing is likely to be resolved straight away after installation. By installing Box Drive from this link Box Sync will be automatically uninstalled, and any files that had not synced up to Box will be preserved in your old Box Sync folder.
