Run script for space

Who can help me to run the script for problem with space.

I have no files in my account, and box says I use 56.6 gb of 50 GB.

Box support can run a script for specific end-users’ accounts as an attempt to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and item counts.

  Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

  In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

  Thanks, but will i have the same problem in the furure? Is this a bug?
