Unable to log in
AnsweredI'm trying to log in with my account but it gives me an error saying "Invalid code" when I enter my Authentication Code.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
It shows that your Box account does not have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled and perhaps, are you referring on a different Box account?
If so, using your affected Box account please create a new case to work with Product Support.

Hi Rona,
I'm not able to use my affected Box account since I can't log in. I tried the support form that doesn't require log in and was informed my "request has not been recorded" and that I need to upgrade, which I also cannot do because I cannot log in. Could you create a ticket so I can share the affected email with you privately?
