"deactivated user"
AnsweredWhen sending an invite to a folder I have received "cannot send. Deactivated user" but when checking with the intended recipient they have no idea why this would be the case as they had never used box previously.

Your invitee may have used his/her email address in Box in the past. To test it, try using different email address or have your invitee to contact Product Support.
