    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    To track your upload activity, you should get in touch with your Box Administrator to run a User Activity Report

    Here's how your Box Admin could run the particular report. 

    • Log in to box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Reports.
    • Under Reports, select Create Report> User Activity. 
    • Filter the report's Start and End Date accordingly. 
    • In Action Types, go to File Management and filter it to uploaded
    • Lastly, click run to create a csv file for this report.
