Can't find folders and uploaded information
AnsweredSwitched companies the 1st of the year and set up folders then did file request and know unable to see folders or uploaded information. Thought maybe somehow was being done through the old company, however, was still able to log-in and the folders and info are not there. Sent the file request links in e-mail and used the link a couple times to test, but still unable to locate.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
To track your upload activity, you should get in touch with your Box Administrator to run a User Activity Report.
Here's how your Box Admin could run the particular report.
- Log in to box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Reports.
- Under Reports, select Create Report> User Activity.
- Filter the report's Start and End Date accordingly.
- In Action Types, go to File Management and filter it to uploaded.
- Lastly, click run to create a csv file for this report.
