Accessing via FTP, our App can see a file but cannot access a file
CompletedI need to establish an FTP automation so that my App can download a file. The FTP utility can see the file, but when trying to actually download the file we are seeing the error "file does not exist" despite log rows above stating it sees the file.
I do see the file permissions in BOX as 600, or rw---------. I tried to force CHMOD on the file but BOX did not allow it.

I wanted to also note that I have validated credentials using Filezilla and have tried every variation of config settings within the offending app attempting to access BOX. The best we can do is run validation tests that the connection is established, and the files are seen by the file. When running the FTP utility, however, we end with the error of not being able to see the file or directory.
