iphone版のアプリで読み込みが非常に遅い

iphone版のアプリを使用し、

既に存在するフォルダへ入る→撮影／スキャン→ファイル名を変更

の操作を行っていますが、フォルダ内データの読み込みが非常に遅い状況です。

要因は様々あると思うのですが、どのようなことが考えられるでしょうか？

状況

・２台のスマートフォンを使用して上記作業を並行して行っている

・同じフォルダを２台で開くことはない

・フォルダ自体にはデータが０～３件程度でデータ容量として重いものではない

・box内には大量のフォルダが存在する（いずれも１フォルダにつき～１０件程度のデータが格納されている）

・Wi-fiに接続して実施

・iphone12 を使用。OSおよびアプリは最新版になっています。
