Text messages are not delivered to the mobile phone used for two-factor authentication
AnsweredI have not been able to log in because the text message did not reach the mobile phone I used for two-factor authentication. I'm posting with a different account.The target Box account is not an internal account. My internal help desk team asked me to contact BOX Support.
