    3. I am trying up upload a file and am getting an error that "the account storage limit is reached" yet I can see that I have only used 11.2G of 100G. - It seems that you are getting an error when uploading to a shared folder owned by another user. Please ensure that the owner has sufficient storage. (They can check that by logging in to box.com and click their profile picture located on the upper right, then account settings.
