AnsweredMy team member has registered a two-step verification method in BOX’s account setup. The method is “authentication app, but I want to change it from “authentication app” to “email address.
The account to be modified is a Business Partner participating in my project. He registered the authentication app (GoogleAuthenticator) as a two-step authentication mechanism. But he has initialized the authentication app. As a result, he has been unable to receive the two-stage authentication code. I want him to receive a two-stage authentication code by email.
If capable, the member should throw this ticket directly. But When he try to make a post, he gets a redirect to 2FA services of GoogleAuthenticator. Then he has been unable to receive it. So I post this instead of him.
