    Dear Rona,

    I did not collaborate with anybody. I got a call yesterday from someone called Jeffery, and he ask me about my company size and how is my experience with the service, and I told him I got to know about BOX from a link sent to me by my prospective client and I needed to register before I could open the link and thats how I know about BOX and I haven't used it before but I might create time next week to understand what the website offers. He asked me of my company size and i told him we a re less than ten. He asked me of our activity and I told him we are into Events and Exhibitions. I never knew its a two week trial. I thought its a one month trial so I said next week I will look more into the advantages of BOX before deciding. But I was charged yesterday.

    Please I do not wish to be charged. Please I request for a refund and to cancel my subscription please.
