Box Drive has encountered an issue
AnsweredI am getting this message:
"Something went wrong and Box Drive needs to quit. Please send us your logs so we can troubleshoot the issue and work to improve the product. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue."
I tried to reset the box manually but I always just get to the point that it will let me log in but then crashes once it's launching. Help would be greatly appreciated!

We would love to help address this issue with you, however your Box Enterprise has a designated team who should create a ticket for Box Premier Services.
At this rate, please get in touch with your internal helpdesk team for assistance.
