Issues accessing files
AnsweredHi, a collaborator shared files to my email where I have accepted the invite and created an account under that same email. However, the files do not show up on my account. They are showing up for others so I'm not sure what could have gone wrong. Please help!!

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
To check if the invitation was sent to the correct email address linked to your Box account. Look for pending invitation in your account and accept accordingly.
To find and resolve a pending invitation:
- In the left menu of your Box account window, click All Files.
- In the pending invitations panel under ACTION REQUIRED, hover on the name of a file or folder.
- To see details about the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select View Details.
- To decline the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select Decline All.
- To accept the invitation and gain access to the project's content, click Accept.
If there's no pending invite from the affected folder/file. Kindly reach out to your invitor and request for a new invitation.
