Box storage space bug

I have no files in my account, and box says I use almost 6gb
This keeps happening to me. I am constantly uploading and deleting files to and from my editors. If this is going to be an ongoing issue I'm not going to be able to utilize your upgraded features in the future.
Box support can run a script for specific end-users’ accounts as an attempt to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and item counts.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
