Storage capacity is incorrect

According to the status of my account, it is indicated that 12.6 GB of the 50.0 GB has been used. Even if I delete all files and folders from the storage, the free space does not increase. I would like you to address this issue.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
