    You just changed me to a BUSINESS account. But today I got a charge of $19.99 for my old account. You've already charged me this month for: 

    03/26/2024  BOX $374.79

    03/15/2024  BOX $540.00

    If you can't rectify these numbers I will just close out the account. I work as a contractor designer and will have to use something else that's not a business account.
