Upgraded to paid account for add more space and now all my files are gone
AnsweredI upgraded to a paid acct and now all my files are gone. I need the files back and the system is also not seeing that I paid so I also don't have access to technical support. Could someone please contact me ASAP. This is quite disappointing to say the least.

During your Box upgrade your contents may be unavailable in a short while. This transition shoudn't take more than 24 hours and if it does, please let us know immediately.
