User unable to login due to incorrect phone number
AnsweredA user that is on a project is unable to access the project Box folders due to his account phone number being incorrect. He can't find any place to notify you without logging in, which he can't do. How do we resolve?

And please do not tell me:
- In order to address the user's issue, you can have her to contact Box Product Support by creating a new ticket.
I have been to that link and there is not a create new ticket link. The only thing it has is a link for the Box Community.

You can inform the affected user to go straight to this link and create his/her own case. This way, a member from Product Support will get in touch to address his/her login issue.
