can't receive registration emails

I'm Naruko Watanabe, an IT relationship assistant and working in Tokyo, Japan.
I'm writing to inform you that one of my colleagues can not receive registration emails from you. Therefore, she are not able to use BOX system now.
BOX is important for us to communicate and send documents easily,
I kindly ask you to give some advices for that.
