How to file a support request

Hello, all. I am considering shifting my company's Cloud storage needs. I'm looking for a provider that offers reliable and accessible support.

I've been unable to find a link to file a support request or to otherwise contact support. Am I missing something obvious, or is Box support provided solely through the community forum?
