Hello. My Phone Number Changed, can't access the sms confirmation. Can you guys help me, please?

  Upon checking 2FA is not enabled in your Box account. By any chance, do you have an alternate Box account that's impacted by this issue? 

  If so, please contact Product Support and create a new case using the affected account. 

  We'd love to further assist!
