Where is the chat option?

  I'm trying to search ppt files in box via the Web interface, but it doesn't look like the Web site on the Support page:

  

  

  I can't even just search for files:

  

  I found the "secret handshake" to get the line of pull down menus, but it still doesn't work even though I selected "presentatins" and then the "pancreatic" under "File Content"
