Do not get the security code to any of my authenticator apps
CompletedHi, I signed in via my private email to post this now because I cannot login in via my work email presently. If I want to sign in via my work email the system asks me for the security code via authenticator app. The problem is, I do not receive any codes... I have a few authenticator apps on my mobile device and have tried their security codes but they do not work. Obviously, the code is sent somewhere else where I don't have access. My last phone number change is years ago, it cannot be the reason. How can I "restart" the authenticator process without being able to log in??
Thank you so much, I need it urgently for work. Even our IT support was not able to help.
