Box Tools won't uninstall. Doesn't show as installed in control panel.

    Hi Nathan, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you please try to uninstall traces of Box Tools on the user's PC using the Box Edit cleaner to see if this will resolve the issue.  https://cloud.app.box.com/v/BoxEditCleaner

    I trust that the above steps will do the trick. Otherwise, let me know if the problem continues to exist.

    I was able to get it to work after running the "To Remove a per-user (.EXE) Installation (single user).
