quota exceeded
AnsweredI see that many are having trouble with this issue. As am I. Spent hours removing folders and the amount went down slightly from 113 to 72.8. The folder was empty and still didn't reset. With so many posts having problems, why does box not fix the issue system wide????? Please help fix mine, or should I defer to a competitor for start using their service? Kinda junky having to post something and wait, who knows how long, to get a reply.... use to love the service, not anymore. Sad....

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
