Storage says I am using 13.1 GB, but I am using 0

Hello.  My storage says I am using 13.1GB of 100GB.  But I am currently using 0. I am about to upload a lot so by the time you get this it will appear I am maxed out on storage.  But 13.1GB of that is not actually being used!  Why does Box continue to do this all the time?!

  Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

  In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
