No storage left, but all files deleted
AnsweredAll files have been deleted, but the storage limit has not reset and it's still close to full. The storage counter has been off and not resetting fully for quite a while. Looks like, from past posts, it's something that can be reset on the back end to correct - please assist if possible.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
