Can't Upgrade My Plan to Personal Pro
AnsweredI tried to upgrade my plan from Individual to Personal Pro, but cannot. Although all fields were correct, the message was displayed as follows; "There was an error processing your request. Please double check that all fields are correctly filled out and try again later or contact us so that we can assist you.
Can someone help with this?
