Cancellation of Box Enterprise Upgrade and Box Business Plus subscription immediately.
AnsweredHello, I am Llewellyne Vilakazi from South Africa. I made a Box Enterprise Upgrade today (6 May 2024) after making an upgrade to Box Business Plus yesterday (5 May 2024). I am only evaluating Box, and I thought upgrading my subscription would still grant me the "14-day Free Trial". I would like to cancel my subscription immediately because I am afraid it will charge me again today and I do not have enough fund for another billing to go through.

I still want to evaluate Box because I wanted to see if this would be the right product for me, but I want to do it with the 14-day free trial. I thought I would still be granted that 14-day free trial grace when I upgraded but Box billed me straight away and my concern is that my profile says that I am going to be billed again today (7 May 2024), and I do not have the sufficient funds to get billed again.
Like I had mentioned before, I started with the free account and then upgraded two more times (first, to the Business Starter plan, then secondly, to the Business Plus plan and lastly, just recently, the Business Enterprise plan) because I felt as if the lower plans were too restricting as I wanted to test all of the features that Box has to offer. I thought that by upgrading, the 14-day free trial would still apply and that if I was not satisfied with Box, I could cancel at anytime before the 14-day free trial period and before being billed so I still like to get my refund but also, I want to still do a full evaluation of Box to see if I want to buy it or not.

NB:- I had just been billed $151.50 yesterday (6 May 2024) and I do not know whether I am going to be billed $231 dollars today (7 May 2027) or if it is going to be the difference between $231 and $151.50, which is $79.5. Please enlighten me on this. However, I would still like a refund and continue to evaluate Box because if I am unhappy with Box, I might not get a refund after a certain amount of time.
