Someone downloaded items but I am unable to see them. What could the issue be?

Just so we're clear, are you trying to identify the collaborator who downloaded your files and find out the filenames? It would be helpful if you could include other details regarding this query.
Alternately, you can create your case and actively work Box Product Support.
