    Hi Danielle,

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    To keep your Box contents updated through your local Box folder. Make sure you've updated Box Drive, if you haven't used it yet. Please install Box Drive

    And only utilize Box with the recommended and  supported browser(s) and OS version(s

    Hi,

    I had Box Drive and installed it again. There was still no change in the previous files. Is there another solution? Do I need to uninstall and risk it?
