    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my recent request to terminate my paid subscription with Box, which I submitted on May 8th. However, to my concern, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or confirmation of the termination from Box .

     

    I must express my disappointment with the delay in processing my request. It gives me the impression that Box is intentionally prolonging the process, possibly in an attempt to extend beyond the 14-day free trial period and coerce me into paying for the subscription. This situation has left me feeling uneasy and apprehensive about the company's intentions.

     

    I want to believe that this delay is merely an oversight and not indicative of Box's business practices. In order to dispel any misunderstandings and restore my confidence in your company, I kindly request that you prioritize the processing of my termination request immediately.

     

    I trust that you will take swift action to address this matter and provide me with confirmation of the termination at your earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
