I accidentally signed up for this thinking it was to set up Google Home. I need to cancel the free trial. I

  Hi Barbara, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  Note

  You cannot cancel an individual (personal, free) account. You can only delete it.

  1. Click your account avatar in the upper right, and then select Account Settings.
  2. In the Account Details section, click Permanently Delete Account.
  3. Click Okay to confirm and complete the process.

  Deletion will not happen immediately, but will take a short amount of time.
