Co-Admin Locked Out of Adding Users
AnsweredI'm a co-admin on our account and am the primary individual responsible for user management.
I've been facing the same issue adding users that many others in the support forum seem to be having - I've been trying to invite new employees into our box account and getting an error message that they already have an account.
The support resolution suggested on the forums was "ignore the error message and press save again" which did not work. Now I'm getting messages that I'm not permitted to add users generally. This is a meaningful issue and very frustrating.
