2 Box Accounts

I work for a Saas company where we have multiple customers who use box. I know that Box is tied to email addresses. If another organization approved my email to be loaded to their box site, does that remove any other prior company approval? For example, I started off having access to share files with Company A. I also work with Company B, but when they loaded my email address to their system, my access to Company A discontinued and I can only share files with Company B. Is there a way I can share files with both entities, or do i need 2 different logins?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Please note that you can continue to work with both Companies (A&B) through folder/file collaboration, wherein they can give you permission to access their Box contents.
And there's no need to create different Box logins.
