    To confirm, I suggest that you contact our Sales team. They should be able to provide the features for the different types of subscriptions that Box offers.

    Hi there. Thanks for the reply, however didn't really answer the question. However I'll touch base with your Sales team and update this post with the answer as to if the Personal Pro plans do not include encryption and SSL.

    R Field, did you ever get a response to this question? I'm wondering the same thing - it definitely used to include full encryption. So, if it doesn't now - that's a change that I'm fairly sure they didn't tell anyone about...
