Can't connect my Trial FTP to WINSCP

  Hi Cliff, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  FTP is available to business and enterprise accounts — except trial accounts. And it shows that your Business account is still on trial, so once your trial ends FTP will be available.
