I have both Box and Box Sync installed on my mac, but can't get cloud folders to sync
AnsweredI had Box drive installed on my mac, but noticed recently that files added by collaborators on the cloud version of my Box drive were not showing up on my mac. I just downloaded Box Sync thinking it would fix the issue, but it created a separate application under "Favorites", so that now I have two applications for Box on my mac and am even more confused. What should I do?
