    I would say there is a fundamental problem in Box's backend on how branded logos are managed across the platform. Box development seems to lack understanding that a page with a white background should reference the "Logo for use on white" and when the page is coded to present your logo on your branded color, it should use "logo for use on brand color." I have go back and forth with support on this very issue with shared folder links, emails, etc. It's been a very frustrating experience, considering this is a premium feature sold in their "enterprise" offering.

    This was after support made me do all of these unnecessary steps of web-browser HAR captures and unneeded steps, kicking the can on the ticket, when the issue is 100% obvious to everyone that comes across it. They made a half-baked fix on my account for the logo, but I don't understand why there's resistance to truly fix the problem in a more efficient and correct way.
