AnsweredWe need support to assist with resetting our account permissions. We have two seats active on our account and we are only using a combined ~10 - 20GB of storage, however, we ALWAYS run into the following warning:
"Running out of storage? Your account currently allows you to store up to 100.0 GB of data. Upgrade your account to get unlimited storage."
THUS WE HATE BOX -- HAVING BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR NEARLY 4 YEARS, IT'S UNSUSTAINABLE FOR US TO CONTINUE TO RUN OUR BUSINESS WITH THIS LACKLUSTER PRODUCT.
