2 New Users not receiving confirmation email. - Remove from suppression list
CompletedThe emails are not being blocked by anything on our end. We use Mimecast and I have super-admin rights so I can see all message traffic. Nothing is being received. Need to make sure both users are not being blocked by the suppression list. <personal information-redacted> and <personal information-redacted> are the two email addresses that need to be removed from the list. Thank you.
