Box not working on Win11 Box version 2.39.174

Yesterday Box updated to 2.39.174 and then never finished or something and I was unable to access my files. I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but did not fix the issue. I ended up using revo uninstaller and then re-installed box and it worked! but sadly again today I'm having the same issue where I can not access my files and windows tell me Box is not installed but I see it in the installed apps in settings. Please help! Thank you in advance!
I have 2 other computers with the same account that are not experiencing the issue but have not updated to 2.39.174, they are on 2.38.173.

To fix your issue with Box Drive. Please manually reset your Box Drive application.
- Exit Box Drive (if it is running). If necessary, use Task Manager to end the Box.exe process.
- Ascertain whether any files exist in C:\users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Box\Box\unsyncedFiles. These are files that have not been uploaded to Box. If these files do exist, and if you want to keep them, copy them to any location outside of C:\users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Box\Box\ (such as your desktop). Proceeding with the steps below deletes these files.
- You may need to show hidden folders to see \AppData.
- Delete this folder: C:\users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Box\Box.
- From RegEdit, delete the registry entries under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Box/Box to clear Box preferences.
- Restart the Box Drive and follow the prompt to log back in.
