Unable to add User
AnsweredI am trying to add to my enterprise domain a user who already has an account with it's work email but not attached to any enterprise.
I cannot invite her to join our enterprise... (See attached screenshot).
Can you help please?

I think I have seen this before. Is it possible the user already had a Box account?
If you're a company, you will find that users may have signed up for Box prior to your purchase of licenses. For those users who had an account prior you have to onboard them but you'll get an error mentioning that the account exists already. The automation from Box should inform the user to login and accept the changes to make their account part of your organization.
Basically do the one that errored from CSV manually.
