MAC: Request_Connect_Error : Unable to Connect to BOX
CompletedMy BOX Desktop app was working great for a few weeks and then one day, I couldn't connect to it anymore. I keep getting this pop up when I try to login...
I have tried to follow all these similar posts about the problem and nothing seems to work. I also installed the Mac "BOX reset tool" uninstalled and reset the BOX application about 15 times and nothing is working. My internet connection is fine and my coworkers aren't having any problems at all. Can someone please help??
