Why are you exiting the Box Drive app?

It does not matter in my case.

If I exit the app or leave it on, as soon as the Internet connection drops, the offline files are not recoverable, like the others in the cloud sync. The file name is there, but if I open it it gives me an "error".

The files become available again once internet connection is re-established.

And, as I wrote above, very often the Box folder simply disappears. Well, I've had enough of the box drive service.

I am satisfied with other competitors who work offline without problems.
