I can not save anything to my box (cloud) account from my Windows computer?

    In order to get a closer look, can you confirm the following? 

    • How do you save files, can you walk us through your workflow? 
    • Do you have a local Box application installed in your machine? If so, please verify your Operating System and Box version. 
    • Lastly, please attach a screenshot of your error using this Community post.
