2-step verification, message not received
AnsweredThe external members I invited cannot receive messages on the mobile phone they use for two-step authentication and cannot log in.
I saw other similar posts but they didn't provide a solution so I'm posting this.

Our company's BOX support (Box@IBM) states the following:
If an external user has issues setting up their Box 2FA, they must contact Box Support directly.
This is exactly what I described above. Please help.
