My colleague and I are having issues with authentication because our organization recently changed the organizational email address and discontinued the old one that was linked to the authenticator app that is approved by our agency (linked via QR code) now does not work for box authentication. Please advise.

If your organization changed its email addresses and you can't authenticate with Box using the old email linked to the authenticator app, here's what to do:
Contact Box Support: Reach out for help updating your email and resolving authentication issues.
Ask Your Administrator: Have your Box admin update your email address in the Box Admin Console and manage authentication settings.
Update Authenticator App: Reconfigure the authenticator app with the new email by scanning a new QR code.
Temporary Access: Request temporary access methods from your admin to ensure continued work.
